My practice today
I am a psychologist trained and registered in France and Canada, now based in Leeds, UK.
While I continue to offer individual psychotherapy and online supervision in Quebec (Canada) and France, I am developing my practice in the UK through more experiential approaches, including Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Group Therapy.
Alongside my clinical work, I aim to share tools and reflections that can support a better understanding of ourselves and our mental wellbeing through psychoeducational mental health workshops.

What guides my work
I believe you already know what you need, without necessarily knowing that you know it. My role is to help you connect with this knowledge, and together we can shape, to the best of my ability, the therapeutic process to meet your needs. This is what an integrative approach, grounded in humanistic principles, allows.
I see therapy as a collaborative process, where a safe and supportive relationship creates the space to explore experiences, emotions, behaviours, and ways of relating to oneself and others. And because experiencing is an essential part of moving towards what we want, it naturally becomes an important part of the therapeutic process.
Ultimately, my aim is to offer a space where you can explore, understand, and change, if desired, at your own pace.

Who I work with
I work with adults of all ages, adolescents and, in some circumstances, children.
I support people navigating a range of difficulties, including anxiety disorders and stress, depression, trauma and complex trauma, emotional difficulties, challenges around self-esteem and identity, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and concerns related to food and body image, including eating disorders.

You do not need to have a specific diagnosis or a clear understanding of what you need before starting therapy. We can make sense of it all together.
Languages
French is my first language, and I have been offering therapy in English for a while, allowing me to support clients in both languages.
